The result of war in Iraq

Posted by andrew on October 3rd, 2005

I came across this site, containing pictures of the result of war in Iraq. They are pretty graphic, so…visit the site at your own risk.

Some people just don’t understand that peace cannot be gained by violence. So, is it much peaceful there in Iraq after the war? To me, it seems like there are more and more suicide bombings.

Why can’t they take Mahatma Gandhi as an example?

sad, sad, sad… :(

gandhi.. does other care if one try to starve himself..
i think not.

money and power is everything…

simple andrew…not many people have the patience Gandhi had…

People think GOING TO WAR is doing SOMETHING ABOUT the problem these days, doing peace talks and diplomatic ways are just delay and “sitting on the issue” actions….

people’s attitudes have changed if you ask me….

ylang, better than killing innocent people right?

Money and power isn’t everything…

centerpide, indeed…People’s attitude has changed. But in the end, the so called Weapon of Mass Destruction is nowhere to be found. Instead, innocent lives were thrown away just like that. Including the lives of the soldiers who went to the war…

I think the formula is :
Greed > rational thinking = hate + anger = killing. Oh yeah, not forgeting that other one : every action has an equal and opposite reaction?

Btw, is it just me or God trying to tell us something with all the natural disasters happening lately?

LOL! Thanks for the link, some great photos there! :)

Papa Ali, I don’t see why God wants to kill hundreds of people just to educate the others… Just doesn’t sound right to me. Why not just kill all the bad guys? Why kill innocent kids/people just to educate them?

Skinmeister, you’re welcome!
