My comments.php is exactly the same as the default one, except now I'm trying to find the right place to insert the gravatar code. You have to upload certain files/folders via FTP to your server (read the instruction), and activate the widget under "Plugins". Then, you can go to "Presentation" and see the "Sidebar Widget" tab.
